About Us

Dave Toeben President/Owner Dave Toeben is the President and owner of Insight Insurance Services, located in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He has over 10 years of experience in the health insurance industry – specializing in employee benefits. Growing up on a farm in rural Minnesota, Dave gained a strong work ethic and an appreciation for teamwork.  Dave used those core values to build Insight Insurance Services into a premiere independent Employee Benefits agency with a reputation of providing large and small group clients with exceptional levels of education and support.  He has also been a pioneer in utilizing technology to provide online enrollment, benefits communication, and client education. Dave is a well known member of many St. Cloud community organizations. Dave is married to Angela and enjoys spending time with family & friends, golf, and traveling.       Luke Yurczyk Marketing and Health Specialist   Luke grew up near Holdingford, Minnesota.  In 2002, he graduated from St. John’s University with a BA in Political Science and Business Management.  Luke has several years of marketing and sales experience.  He joined Insight Insurance Services in 2008 and looks forward to helping grow the business.  During his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and woodworking.
